The following options are available for payment:

- Payment in advance (you will receive the payment information with the order confirmation - the delivery time begins with receipt of payment)
- Payment with PayPal (PayPal also offers the option of direct debit payment without a PayPal account and various credit card payments)


No delivery packing stations!
The delivery is made to DE and EU zone 1. The shipment is made as an insured package by POST BG, for DE as the destination country DHL. According to the DHL terms and conditions, the target customer is responsible for reporting transport problems directly to the DHL service center. As a sender, our options are unfortunately limited. However, we will always endeavor to ensure that the goods reach their destination safely.

1*Antenna = Post BG Box 11,00€

2-5*Antennas = Speedy BG Box 16,00€

All of our antennas undergo outdoor testing before they are shipped to the customer. In extreme weather conditions, we cannot carry out these tests and the shipping date may be postponed as a result. You have the possibility to inform yourself about the status of your order by email at any time. We as the sender only receive further information on the status of the shipment after the shipping time has been exceeded by 7-10 days.
